Actually, I have seen this hentai back in the days when I was downloading/watching more hentai than anime . This was one that I thought was ok, but not great enough for me to keep. If I remember correctly, he ends up with the weak, anemic, "onee-chan" type, who is the girl from his dreams.

Id recommend that, but a little warning...its very graphic, and the director's cut version has some hentai scenes, not too disturbing visually, but more emotionally disturbing as the watcher.
